Boots

Boots "I adopted Boots from The Toronto Humane Society in December, 1992. He was found as a stray and he was about 4 years old. One eye had been surgically removed and the other eye had a mass behind it. However the pressure was so slight that another operation wasn’t necessary but he was totally blind. He was just such a presence in the house - he would greet me at the door and follow me from room to room.

Boots loved to sun himself on the deck. He was never in a carry case because he would panic. When we went away in the car we put him in his bed on the seat and he was fine. Last September he started showing signs that all wasn’t well in his life so I knew it was time for him to go. He had such a personality and is really missed."
