I was reading through your Happy Tails section and thought I'd drop a line or two to express my own. I adopted Rodéo (Jasper) in June, during one of your events. He was a small little guy, and was just brought in from the vet's due to a feline cold. I can remember walking through the cages, and looking at all the cats. He stuck his paw out of the cage and latched onto me. It was love at first sight! When I brought him home, he not only was very small for his age, but was very timid. I can say now that he's been here for a few months, he is not small at all! All his hair grew in, and his best friend is our puppy. They play for hours.

I just wanted to thank everyone at the THS Shelter for bringing us together, and letting us take this funny little guy home.

Also, I'd like to thank all of you for the hard work you do in helping guys like him get well, and start a new life.
