Thanks to the Animal Care Review Board order, the puppy mill came for the puppies today. They were wrenched from the safety of our shelter and crammed into a baby stroller. The dogs appeared frantic.
How can McGuinty seem to care so little? It's not that there hasn't been a warning. Why hasn't he reformed the Animal Care Review Board that earlier returned a Damaltion puppy that was abused until she cried. (Click here to see that decision.)
