Animal Care Review Board Puppy Mill Disgrace

Following the ACRB's decision to return the puppies, THS security cameras capture the puppy mill owner leaving the shelter with the dogs crammed into a baby stroller.

Time ticks by and the appeal window narrows as The Toronto Humane Society's request for an appeal of the Animal Care Review Board decision languishes.

Please Mr. McGuinty, make sure this horrible decision is appealed to the courts. The poor puppies deserve better than what they got from the Animal Care Review Board.
