DESCRIPTION:Hannukah\, also known as the Festival of Lights\, is a rededication of faith and celebration of liberation from oppression. After successfully liberating themselves from oppression in 165 BCE and cleaning up their Temple in Isreal\, the previously persecuted Jews lit a candle to commemorate the event\, expecting it to last only one day. When it lasted eight days\, it was considered a miracle.
