DESCRIPTION:Hannukah\, also known as the Festival of Lights\, is a rededication of faith and celebration of liberation from oppression. After successfully liberating themselves from oppression in 165 BCE and cleaning up their Temple in Isreal\, the previously persecuted Jews lit a candle to commemorate the event\, expecting it to last only one day. When it lasted eight days\, it was considered a miracle. This year\, you can be the light holding off the darkness for the animals in our care by purchasing treats and Hannukah represented toys for them. \nShare this holiday with the pets in our care by sending them a Holiday Wishlist bundle full of treats and toys.
