A few months ago, Morgan was in crisis and unable to care for their four-legged family members, Caroline and Cave.
Caroline and Cave came into the Urgent Foster Care program and were medically assessed before heading to a foster home where they were treated as well-loved family members.
After Caroline and Cave were returned home, Morgan shared some thoughts about the Urgent Foster Care program.
“What I found most helpful,” said Morgan, “is that while I was in [crisis,] urgent care responded quickly and took my two dogs into care to [ensure] the safety of myself as well as theirs.” And, as is true with every case, it was the most loving care we could provide: “I truly believe my dogs were loved and cared for just as much as they both [are] at home.”
