Raise Awareness for Community Cats

October 13, 2018

The Toronto Humane Society invites you to join us on October 16th to help us raise awareness for Community Cats! We will have lots of fun activities going on that you won’t want to miss!

Activities:

Front Lobby from 11am to 4pm: there will be an information booth with two raffle prizes plus a bake sale with coffee/refreshments! All proceeds from the bake and raffle prizes will go to Toronto Humane Society’s TNR efforts!

Oh, and the raffle prizes? (1) A cozy Toronto Humane Society hoodie, scarf and gloves to keep you warm this winter and (2) a Toronto Humane Society cat basket for all your feline needs!

Two Information Sessions

· When: 12pm to 1pm and 6pm to 7pm

· Where: Second Floor Boardroom at Toronto Humane Society

· What: Hosted by our Feline Behaviour Specialist, guests can learn all there is to know about community cats, the issues they face, what we as a community can do for them and what the Toronto Humane Society is currently doing for them now.

· Can’t make it? Don’t worry, we will be streaming the 6pm session live on social media – tune in!

We will also be collecting cat food donations between now and October16th to help Colony Caretakers prepare for the winter months ahead! If you would like to donate some food, please drop off unopened, wet and dry cat food to the Toronto Humane Society, 11 River Street, Toronto.

PS: If you’re a baking machine, we are still looking for cat themed baked items for
our people bake sale. If you’d like to contribute, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
