Grizzly was transferred to Toronto Humane Society from an out-of-province rescue. 

We estimated Grizzly to be a year and a half old.  He luckily tested negative for heartworm, but as he comes from a high-risk area, he will need to be tested again next spring before he begins his heartworm preventative medication. 

He came to us with an underbite which was causing some gum irritation. He underwent minor dental surgery and has recovered well.  

Grizzly has since been adopted!
