According to the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association, 70% of cats and 80% of dogs suffer some form of dental disease by the age of 2 or 3. When untreated, it can lead to much more serious and painful complications, such as infections, jaw fractures, or tooth root abscesses.
Dental Care is an essential part to an animal’s overall health.
Increasing Access to Care
By providing families with access to Dental Care, we help to prevent more serious health complications down the road. These complications can be extremely costly, with advanced dental disease often numbering in the thousands. This can leave many loving pet parents facing a difficult decision; whether they can keep their pets.
Dental Care not only prevents more serious health issues, it also helps to prevent animal surrenders and keeps pets where they belong – at home with their family.
How to book
Our Dental Service is currently fully booked, please check back in the future for availability.
Appointments will have an initial tele-medicine consultation when we learn a little more about your pet and discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
After your telemedicine consult, you will be connected with one of our Client Service Agents who will assist you with booking your appointment and processing your payment over the video call. For any services that require a medication pick-up or animal drop-off at our location, 11 River Street, we will schedule another date and time with you or provide you the details on how the medication will be shipped to you.
