Marmaduke is a social butterfly who lights up when he sees familiar faces. Whether he's tip-tapping at his kennel door in excitement or bouncing down the hall to say hello, he's always ready to make a new friend (or reconnect with an old one). While he can be excitable at first, especially around other dogs or new distractions, he quickly settles with guidance and a few tasty treats.

On walks, Marmaduke is part Sherlock Holmes, part gentle giant. He loves to sniff and explore, and while he may start out with a bit of pulling, he quickly tunes in and walks beautifully by your side. He responds well to direction, takes treats gently, and is showing incredible progress with his focus and manners.

He's smart - maybe too smart sometimes - and learns quickly when training is fun and positive. He nailed his "sits" and "downs" at the park and had the best time bouncing around with a squeaky toy. He's wiggly, joyful, and has a goofy side that's impossible not to love.

Marmaduke may not be big on cuddles yet, but he shows affection in his own sweet ways - hanging out nearby, walking close, and choosing to be part of whatever you're doing. He's got great body language, growing confidence, and a heart of gold.
