We firmly believe that combatting animal homelessness is about working together to assist as many animals in–need as possible. We make every effort to ensure that all animals in our community, and beyond, have access to care and shelter.
As leaders in animal care and sheltering services, we have formed strong partnerships with various animal rescue organizations and communities throughout Ontario, across Canada, and in North America. Through these relationships we strive to reduce euthanasia across all of our partner communities.
Many of these regions face pet over-population challenges. We work with local organizations to provide relief by transferring animals into our care. Many of these animals find homes within a few short weeks.
We are looking to build meaningful partnerships that go beyond transporting animals from one place to another. These partnerships will help to address the root causes of pet overpopulation. We work with communities and agencies on an individual basis to provide programs and services so that on-going transport and re-location may no longer be needed.
