The AGM, or the Annual General Meeting, happens every year. Toronto Humane Society Members vote from a list of candidates to join the Board of Directors.
A group of 15 passionate animal lovers from a variety of backgrounds, such as veterinary medicine, fundraising, finance, and many others. They volunteer their time, knowledge and expertise to guide our organization and ensure we continue to Improve the Lives of Animals every single day. Learn more about our Board here.
Only Toronto Humane Society members who live or work within 60 km of 11 River Street can vote at the Annual General Meeting. Membership applications will become available again after this year’s AGM.
