At Toronto Humane Society, we celebrate the unique traits that make each of us, and our furry friends, truly special. After all, it’s the charming one-of-a-kind features—like Sid and Nancy’s bifid nose and cleft lip—that add character and depth to our lives.
Sid and Nancy are available for adoption and promise to bring unconditional love and a delightful dash of uniqueness that will enrich their families’ life in the most unexpected ways.
Sid and Nancy embody everything you could want in a puppy—curious, playful, and affectionate. These two siblings love to explore their surroundings, chase after toys, and engage in fun games. After a day full of adventures, they enjoy curling up for a cozy nap with each other.
Sid and Nancy’s unique appearance is due to a congenital condition characterized by a cleft between their nostrils and a cleft in their lip. While this makes them stand out, we have not observed any health concerns related to this condition during their time with us. Both puppies have undergone thorough physical exams, and we’ve closely monitored their eating and drinking habits. They have been enjoying life like any other puppy.
It’s likely that Sid and Nancy will need dental surgery through their primary veterinarian once their adult teeth come in. Despite this, they are at the perfect age to start learning and bonding with their new family. Both puppies are eager to please and ready to soak up all the training and guidance you can offer.
Sid and Nancy are looking for a family who will provide them with lots of love, attention, and the opportunity to play and explore. With their sweet dispositions and smart little minds, they are sure to become well-mannered and loyal companions. These puppies are sure to bring endless joy and laughter to their new home.
If you’re ready to welcome one of these adorable puppies into your life and watch them grow into loving companions, visit us at 11 River Street to start the adoption process. Sid and Nancy can’t wait to meet their forever families and start creating beautiful memories together!
If you are not able to adopt right now, we encourage you to help these puppies find their homes by sharing this article and their photos on social media. Let’s help these two beautiful pups find the loving home they deserve.
