Take a break from the holiday stress and breathe, stretch, relax (or bark, stretch, meow) with your whole family. Enjoy this 45 minute gentle flowing yoga class to deepen your breath, stretch your body and open your heart, all in support of Toronto Humane Society.
Turn your camera on and show off your most festive holiday outfit. Ugly sweaters are encouraged!
Beginners are welcome! Recommended for age 10+ but the little ones are welcome to follow along. And don’t forget to invite your family pet!
Tickets are only $10.00 for the whole family! Additional donations are encouraged and appreciated.
