The Toronto Humane Society values its history of partnering with volunteers to achieve its mission of promoting the humane care and protection of all animals and to prevent cruelty and suffering. It is with this dedication and support from over 400 hundred volunteers, that we are able to provide essential enrichment to the animals in our shelter. Our various volunteer positions allow for an opportunity to help animals in need, learn about proper care, and give back to the community. We welcome and encourage committed individuals to apply when openings are available.
