Meadow the cat that has benefit from monthly donors to improve his life

Meadow

| August 30, 2023

Meadow and her two littermates Pool and Prairie came from a cat colony – a group of free-roaming cats that live together outside. They were brought to the Toronto Humane Society by a concerned neighbour who wanted the kittens to be taken care of and adopted.

In addition to receiving a full check-up, all the necessary vaccines, and being spayed, the kittens were all treated for ringworm while in our care.  Both Pool and Prairie were adopted at the end of July, while Meadow is still waiting for her forever home.  Since her littermates have gone, staff and volunteers have noticed Meadow under-socializing and feeling lonely, so have made a point to spend more time playing and talking with her.

Be a Humane Champion monthly donor and change lives. Together we can continue to nurture the human-animal bond by directly supporting shelter care, training, education, and vet services. Your generosity means animals will live the life they were meant to live.
