We believe in protecting and preserving the powerful bond between people and their pets. That’s why we created the Pet Parent Support Network—a compassionate, solutions-focused program designed to help you navigate challenges and keep your pet where they belong: by your side.
Whether you’re facing financial hardship, behavioural concerns, housing difficulties, or simply need guidance, our team is here to help with resources, referrals, and support tailored to your unique situation.
f you’re thinking about surrendering your pet, please know you’re not alone—and surrender may not be your only option. Many guardians reach out believing they have no choice, but in many cases, support services can help families stay together.
When a surrender inquiry comes in, our first step is to explore alternatives. We’ll work with you to understand your circumstances and provide compassionate, practical solutions. If, together, we determine that rehoming is the most appropriate path, we’ll help guide you through that process.
As part of our commitment to humane solutions, we’ve partnered with Home To Home™, a community-driven online platform that empowers pet guardians to rehome their animals directly to new, loving families—keeping pets out of the shelter and reducing stress for both animals and people.
