Meet Carson - the sweetest, most gentle boy who's ready to find his loving home! He's easy to walk and takes to his leash with minimal hesitation. Though he pulls just a bit on walks (he's got lots of curiosity about the world!), he's otherwise well-mannered, taking everything in stride with the occasional pause to sniff and take care of business.

Carson is wonderful with other dogs and people - no reactivity at all. He's content to observe other dogs from a distance, with no fuss. He's a bit of a treat lover, but when the excitement of seeing other dogs takes over, he's more focused on the world around him than on snacks (although liver treats are a favorite!).

This sweet boy's biggest challenge is his nervousness, but that's what makes him so special. Once he feels safe, he's a calm and loving companion. After a little verbal coaxing, he will love your gentle pets, and his trust is worth the wait. He's learning how to navigate new experiences, and every day he's becoming more confident.

Carson is doing great in his new routine - drinking lots of water, peeing normally, and handling his potty breaks like a champ. He's not one to rush but moves with purpose and always comes back inside with no problem. He's a bit of a slow mover at first, but that's just Carson's way of making sure he's comfortable and taking it all in.
