Meet Winter, a gentle little soul with a quiet bravery all her own. When first approached, she tucked herself into the safety of a pigloo beside her best friend, Summer, unsure of the world outside. With time, patience, and the tempting scent of fresh greens, Winter began to take small, brave steps-first nibbling nearby treats in the safety of her hideaway, and eventually venturing out to explore and accept snacks from a friendly hand.


Though naturally timid, Winter is beginning to show a sweet and curious side as she learns to trust. With a calm, reassuring environment and the comforting presence of Summer by her side, Winter has the potential to blossom into a confident companion. She's looking for a home where she'll be treated gently, spoken to kindly, and given the time she needs to feel safe. Watching her come out of her shell is a quiet kind of magic-one that's well worth the wait.
