Meet Squawk - A Sweet Soul with a Soft Spot for Storytime
Say hello to Squawk, a sensitive little feathered friend with a gentle heart. Though her name might suggest otherwise, Squawk is actually quite the quiet companion - preferring calm environments, soft voices, and peaceful company.
At first, she can be a bit nervous and unsure, but with a little patience and a gentle tone, she really starts to shine. One of her favorite things? Listening to stories! She even started to fall asleep when read to - talk about a bird with great taste in bedtime tales! She also enjoys quiet chats and relaxing music, especially when you're just being present with her.
While her current surroundings have been a bit overwhelming (her cage was a little sparse, and she seemed unsettled by a louder neighbor named Peach), Squawk has remained incredibly chill and sweet-natured - a real testament to her lovely temperament. A more peaceful space or home would likely help her feel safe enough to fully come out of her shell.
Squawk is still finding her confidence, but she's already shown how much she enjoys bonding once she feels secure. If you're looking for a calm, thoughtful little bird who just needs a bit of love (and maybe a bedtime book or two), Squawk might just be your perfect match.
