Despite his big name, Tiger is anything but fierce. This 3-year-old sweetheart is curled up here at the shelter trying his very best to make himself invisible. He's absolutely terrified in this busy environment - frozen, quiet, and unsure of what's happening around him.

But behind those wide, worried eyes is a loving cat who's simply overwhelmed. His previous guardian shared that Tiger enjoys gentle petting, warms up with time, and has a friendly, playful side once he feels safe. He even lived with children and did wonderfully with them. There's a soft, sensitive heart in there - he just needs someone patient enough to help him feel brave again.

The shelter is simply not the right place for Tiger; it's far too much for such a tender soul. What he truly needs is a calm, understanding home where he can come out of hiding at his own pace... and rediscover that people can be kind, hands can be gentle, and life can be good again.
