Ruban

While he takes a little while to trust, once he's decided he likes you Ruban is such a cuddly little piggy! He always comes out to greet you when you get home with excited wheeks and a sniff, and he loves to remind everyone when breakfast and dinner are due with some cute wheeks and paws on his cage. He is a big fan of apple wood chew sticks and runs through them quickly. When meeting new people he's a bit skittish if you try to reach your hand towards him, but he'll always come out to say hi with a sniff eventually and see how he likes you. He loves hanging out in his litter box, which is in an enclosed shelf that lets him feel safe with a roof overtop while still being able to look out at the room and say hi. If you let him out of the cage he'll be sure to sniff around and crawl all over to explore any new area quickly with much interest. Overall he's a delight to house and a truly sweet and friendly guinea pig. He would do well with someone who has lots of gentle words for him and patience to take things slowly with handling so they can form a truly beautiful bond.
