Licorice and his two siblings, Pebbly and Beachy, were brought to Toronto Humane Society after they were found in a dumpster behind a coffee shop.
The three kittens, estimated to be 5 weeks old, tested positive for ringworm, which is a fungus, and Coccidiosis, which is a parasite that lives in the intestines. They have been treated with medication and special baths and are doing well.
These sweeties will remain in our care until they are a bit older and have been cleared by our medical staff for adoption.
