Norman

Norman

Norman was surrendered to Toronto Humane Society when his owner became ill and could no longer care for him.

Our medical team found a couple of issues of concern.

Norman had several teeth that were worn and cracked, and he had an elevation in a liver enzyme indicative of liver disease. Norman’s teeth were cared for and when our medical staff did further testing, no liver disease was found.

When Norman was surrendered, he hadn’t been outside for weeks and was eliminating in his home, so our Behaviour Team came up with a behaviour plan to get Norman back on track. Norman quickly adjusted to outdoor walks and doing his business outside. He even warmed up to the two other dogs in his foster home.

Norman has since been adopted.
