Meet Kacey and Shay! A pair of young rats looking for a home together.

They are adorable young bonded rats with complimentary personalities. While one is outgoing the other proceeds with caution. Kacey helps her friend by going first so Shay knows that the way is safe.

They are very fun to watch play, they both enjoy exploring the levels of their enclosure and playing under blankets and the curling up together in their hides.

They are still learning to socialize with people and might need some encouragement with treats and toys to get used to you and your hands. They enjoy being talked to and have enjoyed climbing on people at the shelter!
