Danny - A Big, Curious Boy Looking for Guidance and Adventure

Meet Danny, a strong, energetic, and sweet-natured boy who's learning how to navigate the busy world around him. Volunteers describe him as a "big bouncy boy" who loves to sniff, explore, and take in everything around him.

On leash, Danny is curious and powerful. He enjoys following his nose and can pull, especially when something interesting catches his attention. He's still building handler focus, but he's already showing nice moments of connection - responding to verbal encouragement and even asking for chin scratches once he starts to feel comfortable.

Danny can be nervous in new or busy environments. With space, calm handling, and time to decompress, he relaxes and walks smoothly.

He'll do best with an adopter who has some dog experience and enjoys working with a smart, curious dog on leash skills and confidence-building. With consistency, patience, and structure, Danny has all the ingredients to become a wonderful adventure partner and loyal companion.
