Meet Mr. Potato Head and Hamm, two adorable male guinea pigs who are bonded best buddies and looking for a calm, loving home together.

Mr. Potato Head is the more bashful. He enjoys his cozy hut and likes to observe the world from a safe spot - but when he thinks no one is looking, he'll pop out to watch what's going on. He's been brave enough to take lettuce (and other goodies!) from a gentle hand and is slowly building his confidence.

Hamm is the curious little brother of the duo. He's more likely to come check you out, especially if you're chatting or reading nearby. He loves apples and has even shown that he enjoys gentle pets on the front of his face - such a sweet moment of trust!

Both boys respond beautifully to calm voices and quiet companionship. Volunteers have spent time simply reading to them so they can get used to human sounds, and they've been making steady progress. Most importantly, they adore each other and are often found hanging out side by side.

These two would thrive in a patient home where they can continue to blossom at their own pace. If you have a soft spot for shy, gentle souls and the joy of watching confidence grow, Mr. Potato Head and Hamm are ready to charm you.
