Meadow

| July 20, 2022

Meadow, a four-week-old kitten, was transferred to Toronto Humane Society from another rescue after she and her siblings were found stowed away in a transport truck coming from the USA.

Meadow was congested and covered in a black substance, most likely grime from inside the truck. All the kittens had diarrhea, so we tested them for parvo and other illnesses that cause diarrhea. Happily, the tests came back negative and the diarrhea resolved on its own.

As Meadow and her siblings were too young to be adopted, they were placed in a loving foster home where they recovered from their ordeal and learned to be social with people.

We’re happy to share that Meadow and her siblings have been adopted.
