Pet of the Week – Jade

Jade is an old soul who's happiest when she's right next to her favourite person on a walk or, even better, on a comfy couch! She loves just stretching herself out on her back and looking for the next belly scratch! Call her old fashioned, but all the squeakiest, shiniest, bounciest toys in the world couldn't make up for a long day of cuddling.

Shawn and Carl

Shawn and Carl are the Bert and Ernie of the guinea pig world. Piggie pals for life, these two do everything together, from playing chase around their den to sitting down to enjoy some foraged herbs, vegetables, and other delicacies. They love getting together to chew on some finely crafted paper towel and toilet paper rolls while their favourite music plays in the background.

Pet of the Week – Baxter

Baxter’s only got one speed – fast! He loves going like THIS here and like THAT there. Wow, look at him go! You better get out of his way! He's a "live fast" kind of doggie with a free spirit hungry for adventure. His mind is often occupied with open fields and squeaky toys.

These little bunnies have been through thick and thin together! They’re now ready to settle down with a calm, quiet, and caring family who will give them all the snacks, cuddles, and exercise they’ll ever seen!

Pet of the Week – Pacino

Pacino the 5-year-old cat is a huge softie, a gummy bear, a cushy, cuddly, snuggly bubbly little purr prince. He likes violin music and soft hands, butterfly kisses and long conversations about your feelings. When you come to visit him at his pad, he'll already be purring. All he wants is to rub his head against your hands and fall asleep in your lap.

Ego and Yondu are TV Stars

Two very young kittens, Ego and Yondu, came to Toronto Humane Society at the beginning of May. They were just days old and already quite ill. Toronto Humane Society's medical team noticed that they both had swollen, and badly infected paws. Despite the medical team’s best efforts, these two youngsters lost their paws.
