February 20, 2017 @ 9:00 am Pet of the Week – Nahla Nahla is a scruffy little character known here at the shelter for her toothy smile and mischievous nature. She is a typical terrier, brisk, inquisitive and not afraid to speak her mind! She can be a bit watchful of new people and will occasionally sound the alarm when strangers enter her home area. Other dogs aren't exempt from this treatment either. She's a little more suspicious of them and tends to bark at those who get too close. Nahla is not the dog park sort and would much rather spend her time adventuring with her owner followed by a good cuddle. She is quite affectionate with those she knows and trusts and is a constant companion.

March 20, 2017 @ 9:00 am Pet of the Week – Abracadabra Abracadabra may be small but he is mighty. He is looking for a home with caregivers who understand that even though he is small he is energetic and aloof. He should have a large enclosure with enough chew and puzzle toys to keep him busy as well as at least 4 hours of active socialization a day. Dwarf rabbits have big personalities and Abracadabra is no exception.
