Maggie’s been with us for a month now and she’s a wonderful girl. She’s grown (about 18 kg now) and every day she seems longer and taller.
Maggie is very spirited, energetic and bright … we try to keep one step ahead of her! We’ve given her dog puzzles (level 3) that she solves immediately and she picked up on commands (sit, stay, down, etc, very quickly). Housetraining went well, except for a few pees. With crate training we’re up to about an hour with long lasting treats (frozen food in a Kong).
She had her shots, just needs a second Lepto in early December. We tested her poop and all is fine, no worms or parasites. Everyone at the vet loved her. She loves everyone, getting along with all the people and dogs she meets. We start “puppy school” this Sunday.
We love Maggie and are so happy we adopted her!
