Our adoption process at Toronto Humane Society was truly amazing, starting with the friendly and professional security officer at the front door. Everyone we had dealings with at Toronto Humane Society were truly remarkable!.

Akari (formerly Sophie) adjusted to us right away.  It took a bit longer for my older cat to adjust, but after a few days, they now play together and run after each other.  Sophie is so sweet, kind natured and loving.

We love her so much. Truth be told, I looked at her image on the adoption webpage and loved her even before adopting her.
