When I first saw Shiloh’s photo on Toronto Humane Society’s website, back in March/April 2021 (he was known as Moose then), it was love at first sight.
The team at Toronto Humane Society were great at telling us all about Shiloh and ensuring he was a good fit for my 11-year-old son and I. We greatly appreciate the support they gave us in helping Shiloh get the medical attention and care he needed to slowly recover from being diagnosed with heartworm. Fast forward four months later, in July, he was heart worm free!
He loves to play with my son, fetch a ball, romp with dogs in the park, roll around in the snow, or just lay around squishing his favourite stuffy. He’s a beautiful, gentle soul with so much love to give.
It’s been almost a year now since we first brought him home, and he is almost two years old. We can’t imagine our life without this beautiful boy.
Thank you, Toronto Humane Society!
