Biz Markie, a three-month-old puppy, arrived at Toronto Humane Society as a transfer from another rescue alongside her littermates. During her intake exam, we noticed a few small scabs on her body, but she was otherwise healthy. Initially, she was a bit nervous, which is understandable for a young pup in a new environment.

Thanks to your generosity, Biz Markie received her spay surgery and all the necessary care to support her health. At first, she was shy and undersocialized, but with time and training, she has started to flourish. She’s now living with a foster family, continuing her training while she waits for her new home.
