Whoawhoa came to Toronto Humane Society with a tapeworm infection. Tapeworms are a parasite that affects dogs and cats. Whoawhoa was successfully treated with deworming medication.
Our medical staff noted a very small umbilical hernia that would not need repair, although Whoawhoa would need her spay surgery before she could be adopted.
Whoawhoa got gold stars on her behaviour assessment. She was a cuddle bug, attentive, she sat very well for treats, loved to play, and loved other dogs.
Whoawhoa has been adopted into her forever home.
