I was so lucky to adopt Luna (formerly Murka) in January of last year at age 11.  I wanted a senior cat because they are hard to find homes for, especially black ones.  The staff were all wonderful with the information they provided, and their process was thorough.

Luna adapted very well to her new home and is a sweet, smart, well-behaved and beautiful companion.  She loves to bask in the sunshine, curl up in cozy spaces and is even learning new games to keep her active and engaged at her advanced age.

I highly recommend Toronto Humane Society for anyone who is able to and interested in adopting and/or fostering a pet!
