Virtual Holiday Yoga
Take a break from the holiday stress and breathe, stretch, relax (or bark, stretch, meow) with your whole family. Fur-babies welcome! Enjoy this 45-minute gentle flowing yoga class to deepen your breath, stretch your body, and support Toronto Humane Society’s animals in-need.
The class will be hosted by Joanne Lowe, Director and certified yoga instructor of Big Stretch Yoga Centre. She has over 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher and her dog Rufus was adopted from Toronto Humane Society.
We hope that you can join us for a 45-minute virtual session on Tuesday, December 21 at 11:30am.
All proceeds go right back to our life-saving efforts at home and abroad. By purchasing a ticket, you’re not just going to be feeling good, you’ll be doing good too. Visit us here for more details on the when, the where, and the what!
