I just wanted to share that Wed. Nov. 26th, was our 13th year since we adopted this little fuzzball. Who has been the absolute light of our lives. He is our heartbeat. Our precious. My husband’s sidekick. And every year we love him more and more.
His story was a simple one. They told us he was found abandoned, and when first brought in, he had a respiratory infection and had been on a feeding tube. But our boy is a fighter. And the first day he was out in the rooms was the day I went to Toronto Humane Society. He was in the last spot in the last room. I told my husband I was going to the library.
We fostered him for a couple of weeks until he was checked out healthy, and that day, 13 years ago, Nov 26th, our boy came home. And has ruled the roost since.
So thank you, Toronto Humane Society, for taking care of our baby until we brought him to his forever home.
