On June 16^th, 2022, it will mark the 11^th anniversary of Sloan’s adoption.

Sloan, formerly “Gucci” was a foster to adopt at Toronto Humane Society.

I was fortunate enough to be at the shelter the day she was available. I quickly filled out an application and we have been together almost 11 years now.

She has brought so much joy and love into my life. We have been on lots of adventures, and she loves hiking and camping and now that she’s in her senior years, long naps.
